12 ½” Vintage Tagged Cloth Doll in Czech Costume by Georgene Averill EXC

Offered here is a 12 ½” vintage(1920-1940) tagged cloth doll in Czech costume by Georgene Averill in excellent condition.
She has gorgeous coloring,long eyelashes, and beautiful auburn yarn hair.
She is wearing a yellow cotton skirt with a row each of green, pink, and blue bias tape above the hem and with 2 blue felt streamers with orange and green felt flowers hanging from the waist, a yellow cotton peasant blouse, a black felt cummerbund with green yarn lacings, a light blue cotton scarf on her head, white cotton trimmed in white lace bloomers, and black “leather”half-boots.

There is about a 1" what looks like a water stain on the front of her skirt between the blue and the pink trim.  I tried to take a photo, but it's pretty faint so hard to see.
