Antique Fulper Arts & Crafts Vase, large, two handled, Rare

Description

This is a very large and beautiful vase made by Fulper in the Arts & Crafts style.  Based on the incised mark on the bottom, I believe it was made between 1917 and 1927.  This beauty is rare because of its size, standing 12 inches tall, 11 inches from handle to handle and 8 inches across without the handles.  It is also quite heavy, weighing 11 pounds.    Pieces this size rarely survived the years.  This piece is part of my late parents' collection and has been in storage for many years.  It is in excellent condition with no crazing or damage except for one very shallow sliver chip on the inside edge of the bottom that is not visible unless the vase is turned over.  It is very hard to see and I found it only by feel.  There are three  other such slivers around the inner edge of the base that are all under the glaze and therefore part of the manufacturing.  This is a wonderful piece and I believe very rare because of its size.   Please look at the photos as they are part of this description.  I am not an expert on pottery in any way.  I am always happy to answer questions or provide additional photos upon request.
