This is a Rare, Original, Authentic, Vietnam War, 1965-1966 US Army Psyops (Psychological Operations) LEAFLET-
Front side says: Why Are The Viet Cong Rice Taxes So Very High ?
Back Side says: Because The Viet Cong Are Losing The War!
Labeled SP-806  (Special Projects)

This leaflet was scheduled to be dropped on January 9, 1966 in the TET Campaign 1966. The leaflet was categorized as SP-806 and 'titled' VC Taxation.
Size: about 3" X 8 1/2"
This is original and AUTHENTIC. The original owner was then Brigadier General John Freund, who
was, at that time, the U.S. Army Assistant Director JUSPAO (Joint US Public Affairs Office), in charge of all US and ARVN military psychological warfare operations in Vietnam (1965-1966).  Some information about Major General Freund is available on wikipedia.
Condition is used but very good considering age and fragile nature of this paper.  See photos.
