Very Rare - ID Card of the People's Defense Militia - Gia Dinh
Issued 1974 - Gia Dinh (Across river from Saigon)
This is an exceptionally rare piece. It states that Huynh-Van-Hai, born on the 19th of October 1933 in Phu-Nhuan is a member of the People's Self Defense Committee. It further states that since the 24th of November 1969 Huynh has served in the South Vietnam War Police (Military Police) and is exempt  from performing normal People's Self Defense (NDTV) activities.
Excellent Piece - Issued on the 1st of January 1974 and updated on both the 18th of March and the 8th of August 1974.
I have not seen before, may not find another. Superb War Piece.
