    This auction is for a nice 3.75" tall porcelain souvenir tumbler or beaker.  Made by the Victoria firm of Carlsbad Austria, it has a transfer picture of Cette Fort, St. Louis.  C1900 and might have been a souvenir given at the World's Fair, but nothing on the tumbler indicates this.
