NAVPERS NAVMC.  24 pages that include putting your affairs in order, housing, transportation, sending money home, medical care, returning to civilian life, etc.  Includes the rates of pay, pay scales, basic allowances for commissioned officer and warrant officer (47.88) and enlisted member - .09 per day!!!  Really cool vintage piece of militaria in very good condition - see photos.
