Vintage Gee WIz Frog Antique Fishing Lure in Correct Box LC8

The Gee Wiz Frog Lure was first introduced in 1930. This great frog was made by the All Star Bait Company, out of Chicago Illinois. This is the regular sized from measuring in at 4 3/8? in length. The frog antique fishing lure was a musky size version as well. This wood core rubber covered lure looks quite ingenious.
The lure features a rolling wheel attached to the bottom to roll over obstacles. The wheel the frog rides on was an option when purchasing. To move forward the string would pull, making the legs give a kicking motion upon retrieval. The antique frog lure features a single hook affixed to the aft end to catch its pray. The frog is shown with the correct plain type yellow box, which proclaims: Its the Kick That Gets Em Quick.
