Vintage Surface Plug Frog w/ Legs Fishing Lure Red Pink White Large Folk Art

For your consideration is a Surface Plug Frog Fishing Lure.
This lure is not marked, possibly handmade. I have no history on this lure at all, possibly from the 80's or 90's.
This lure is new, it has not been fished, it is made of a light weight wood.
This lure has hook guards, but there are a couple tiny hook marks in the body.
The red/pink/white lure has 4 treble hooks. The body is 2" long, the legs are 2 1/2" long including hardware, w/o hooks. Total length (with hooks) is 5 1/2". This lure weights 1.8 ounces.
